Although these reeds are made in Austria, they do make a reed suitable for non Germanic style clarinets. These reeds were brought to our attention by a well know British professional and have become popular amongst those who try them , especially classical players.

snappy, light response and quick attack. Somewhat bright in sound quality. I feel that a player used to a V2.5 would probably want to use a 3 to equate in resistance. Perfectly recommendable but perhaps not the most likely choice for professional players using standard French design mouthpieces. I would not recommend stocking below in quantity below strength 2.5.
